Responsibilities
- Enter and organise all daily financial transactions accurately in Zoho Books
- Track capital investments for the UK BPO project — IT equipment, office furniture, and other inventory
- Manage salary disbursement records and other staff-related financial entries
- Categorise expenses and ensure alignment with ViswaVardhan Vyapara existing company processes
- Assist in generating basic financial summaries and reports for management review
- Familiarity with Zoho Books is highly preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping (0–2 years; freshers with relevant education welcome)
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
