Junior Accountant

Walk-in Interview Details

Dates: 9th, 10th & 11th September 2026
Time: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process vendor invoices and payments.
• Maintain customer receipts and related records.

Banking

• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash.
• Coordinate with banks for routine banking activities.

GST & TDS Compliance

• Assist with GST return preparation and filing.
• Support TDS calculations and compliance activities under guidance.

Documentation

• Maintain and organize financial documents, vouchers, invoices, and records for audit purposes.

Audit Support

• Assist during internal, statutory, and tax audits by providing required documents and information.

Payroll Support

• Assist with payroll inputs, reimbursements, and Full & Final Settlement activities.

Candidate Requirements

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

Experience: 6 months 1 year in Accounting or Finance

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential financial information
• Good communication skills
