Junior Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using Tally.
• Handle GST and TDS calculations, returns, and filings.
• Process vendor payments and ensure timely payment processing.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and data entry in Tally.
• Maintain and verify financial documents and supporting records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities as required.

Skills & Requirements

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and applicable tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally and basic accounting processes.
• Understanding of journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial documentation.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in accounts and taxation will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience handling GST, TDS, vendor payments, billing, and Tally are encouraged to apply.
