We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible accounts executive with around 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses and receipts.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and accounts-related queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as required.
• Maintain bank & post office KYC and coordinate with banks & post office for the KYC.
