Junior Accountant & Finance Executive

Role Overview :

The Junior Accountant & Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, compliance documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting and finance knowledge with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.

• Prepare invoices, payment records, and financial documentation.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.

• Generate MIS reports and financial reports using Excel.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for finance-related activities.
