Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Experience: Freshers to 1 Year

Role Summary

Responsible for supporting US Payroll operations through timesheet management, payroll validation, reporting, and coordination with employees, managers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track employee timesheet submissions.
• Review and validate timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on missing, incomplete, or delayed timesheets.
• Verify payroll inputs, including hours, earnings, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Prepare and maintain After Cut-Off Time (CUT) reports.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, employees, and clients for payroll processing.
• Resolve timesheet and payroll-related discrepancies.
• Support payroll audits and compliance activities.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under strict payroll deadlines.
