KPI / KRA:
1. No lapses inthe Maintenance practices (Preventive, Proactive, Lubrication other maintenance practices) ofindividual Section
2. Reductionin BreakdownFrequency Hours of individual sections by20%ofprevious year
3. Reductionof Sparescost RPM of individual sections by 2% ofapproved budget
4. Reporting of breakdowns,shutdownsplanning, etc.through SAP module
5. Improvements inthe house k eeping, reducing dust emission.
6. Ensuring no reportable incidents in thearea conducting toolbox talkto adhere the safety practices.
7. To lookafter day today corrective, preventive and breakdown maintenance of the equipment expeditiously and reliably for effective maintenance in guidance of HoD
8. Ensureproper utilization of resourcesin guidance ofHoD
9. To maintain records in guidance ofHoD
10. Toco-ordinate withother Section Engineers for daytoday work for availability ofplant equipment in guidance of HoD
11. Maintaining updating the IMS documents .
12. To keepinformed HOD (M) of the Plant Operation and Maintenance.
13. Ensure safe work practices safety ofpersons within the areaunder control to prevent
14. Promoting ofzero harm culture.
15. Ensureimplementation of PTW executionof jobs asper SOP.
16. In-house trainingforall workmen employees on Safety standards
17. Implementation of SOPs JSAs at site.
18. Maintain good housekeeping.
19. Implementation of allsafety standard requirementsin his respective areas.
20. Dailyjob planning and review of SOPs forcritical activities
21. Maintaining Regulatory Compliance, inspections and audits.
