JSW One Platforms - Software Development Engineer III - React Native

Role Overview We are looking for a senior, hands-on SDE-3 with 8-10 years of experience across the full spectrum of modern frontend and mobile engineering - React Native (iOS & Android), mobile-web, and desktop-web. You will be a technical leader on the team, owning critical features end-to-end, driving architecture decisions, and mentoring junior engineers, all while staying deeply hands-on with the code. Given our e-commerce focus, prior experience building and scaling consumer or B2B commerce products is strongly recommended. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality experiences to thousands of MSMEs and home-buyers across India.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of overall software development experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with React Native for both iOS and Android
• Strong proficiency in mobile-web and desktop-web development (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design)
• Deep expertise with JavaScript / TypeScript - clean, performant, maintainable code
• Hands-on experience with Firebase - analytics, push notifications, remote config, Crashlytics
• Hands-on experience with MoEngage - user engagement, push campaigns, in-app messaging, and ability to analyze and act on engagement data
• Experience with AppsFlyer - mobile attribution, deep-linking, and campaign data analysis
• Proven ability to interpret data from Firebase, MoEngage, and AppsFlyer to drive product and technical decisions
• Node.js and / or Python experience to design and build REST / GraphQL APIs
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices - technical SEO, structured data, Core Web Vitals, SSR / SSG strategies
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP or AWS
• Knowledge of micro-services architecture and containerisation (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app store releases (App Store & Google Play) (ref:hirist.tech)
