Position: Jr. Tutor Biomedical Engineer
Location: Coimbatore
Department: Academy / Training
Experience: Freshers to 2 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on medical equipment and biomedical engineering concepts.
• Deliver practical and theoretical sessions for biomedical engineering students.
• Demonstrate the working principles, operation, and basic troubleshooting of medical equipment.
• Provide hands-on training on equipment such as patient monitors, ECG, ventilators, infusion pumps, X-ray, ultrasound, and other biomedical devices.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.
• Guide students during laboratory and practical sessions.
• Clarify students' technical doubts and provide individual support when required.
• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and other documentation.
• Assist in workshops, demonstrations, seminars, and technical events.
• Coordinate with senior trainers to improve training quality and student engagement.
• Ensure proper handling, safety, and maintenance of training equipment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Biomedical Engineering fundamentals and medical equipment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Good interpersonal and classroom-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and develop as a trainer.
• Ability to work effectively with students and training teams.

Preferred

• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and an interest in teaching/training can apply.
• Candidates with internship, project, or practical exposure to medical equipment will have an added advantage
