    About this role

    Candidate should have 0 to 1 year of experience in Telecom/ISP domain
  1. Basic understanding of telecom standards & protocols
  2. Knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
  3. Coordination skills and taking the right approach logically
  4. Responsible for Delivery of services for international customers
  5. OLO - Delivery Management
  6. Supplier co-ordination for service delivery
  7. Ensures that all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet agreed SLAs.
  8. Perform escalation management, wherever necessary and in case project is in jeopardy.
  9. Customer communications and KCIs (Keep Customer Informed)
  10. Ensure customer-end service readiness
  11. End to end order management for smooth delivery
  12. Co-ordinating with suppliers and securing field resources for priority orders and follow escalation matrix
  13. Strong Verbal and written communications skills
