Job Description

• Process master-data requests end to end, including intake, completeness checks, validation, enrichment, approval verification, SAP posting and closure, in line with SOPs and agreed SLAs.
• Create, change, extend, block and archive assigned vendor, customer, material, BOM, routing, pricing and finance master data using approved workflows and authorization controls.
• Verify mandatory fields, supporting documents, naming conventions, duplicate checks and business approvals; return incomplete or non-compliant requests with clear guidance.
• Perform routine data-quality checks, resolve assigned defects and support root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain auditable evidence, request records, checklists and process documentation in accordance with GDPR, segregation-of-duties and internal-control requirements.
• Respond professionally to requestors, plants and process owners; track open items, meet turnaround commitments and escalate risks or exceptions promptly.
• Participate in testing, hypercare, knowledge transfer, cross-training and continuous-improvement or automation initiatives within the SSC.
• Contribute to team KPIs, backlog control and European business-hour coverage, including peak-period support when required.
