• Only Surat-based candidates are eligible.
• 247 rotational shifts are mandatory.
• Approximately 2 weeks of night shifts per month are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems.
• Respond to alerts and production incidents.
• Follow runbooks and document resolutions.
• Escalate issues to DevOps, QA, FinOps, and Security teams.
• Maintain clear incident communication and shift handovers.
• Ensure system uptime and SLA adherence.

Requirements

• 0-1 years in IT Operations, NOC, Technical Support, or SRE.
• Basic knowledge of AWS and Linux.
• Understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Grafana, New Relic, or CloudWatch is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts.
