- Developand execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

- Analyzemachine downtime and breakdown trends; identify root causes and implementcountermeasures (e.g., Kaizen activities).
- Initiateand manage timely upgrades of equipment for improved efficiency andreliability.
- Driveinitiatives to reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and enhance MTBF (Mean TimeBetween Failures).
- Overseemachinery relocation and the installation of new production lines or equipment.
- Managespare parts planning, procurement, and inventory control effectively.
- Provideperiodic assessments to management on the health and condition ofmachines/process equipment for capital planning and replacement strategies.
- Activelyparticipate in and support Cross-Functional Team (CFT) initiatives related toplant operations.
- Leadand mentor a skilled technical team to ensure high performance and continuousimprovement.
- Developcontingency plans to mitigate utility interruptions and ensure operationalcontinuity.
- Supportthe execution of new engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Utilizemaintenance management systems such as SAP for maintenance tracking andplanning.
- Monitorand control maintenance budgets and contribute to Repair Maintenance(RM) cost optimization.
- Drivecost-reduction strategies related to maintenance and energy consumption.
- Identifyand eliminate unsafe conditions and practices in accordance with safetyregulations.
- Ensurecompliance with QMS (Quality Management System) and EMS (EnvironmentalManagement System) standards.
- Implementand maintain structured preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
