Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and optimize downstream processing methods for monoclonal antibodies, biosimilars, and biologics using chromatography techniques such as MLT (Microfluidic Liquid Trap) and DSP (Downstream Processing).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research studies to improve protein purification efficiency and yield.
Conduct experiments under Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze data from experiments, identify trends, and develop recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements :

3-10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry setting with expertise in downstream processing of biological molecules.
Strong background in research scientist roles involving process development, optimization, and validation of biologics production processes.
Experience working with chromatography techniques such as MLT, DSP, or other similar technologies is required.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; Master's degree preferred.
