We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to work closely with international clients, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and internal technical teams.

The role will involve supporting new client implementations as well as existing/live customer accounts. The candidate will be expected to understand client requirements and queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth communication and delivery.

Prior experience specifically as a Business Analyst is not mandatory. Candidates from Business Development, Client Coordination, Customer Success, Operations or similar roles may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with international clients and understand their business processes, requirements, and queries.
Analyse client queries and identify the appropriate next steps or internal team to involve.
Support new client onboarding, implementation, testing, training, and go-live activities.
Assist with the ongoing support and management of existing/live customers.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Development, QA, Support, and Project Management.
Track client requirements, tasks, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
Learn the product/platform and gradually become capable of handling common client queries independently.
Maintain basic project and client documentation.
Build positive and professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Good logical thinking and ability to understand business workflows.
Good coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
Ability and willingness to learn new software, systems, and business processes.
