Jr Program Manager - Business Operations

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification Required: Minimum B.tech preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics & Computing or similar program

Key Responsibilities : 

1. Analyze business/financier/sales data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making across teams
2. Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
3. Document processes, data definitions, and reporting standards.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
5. Manage financier relationships by ensuring timely follow ups with internal and external stakeholders
6. Define business metrics to monitor the team's operational efficiency and track them continuously. Identify patterns and come up  with action plans to move metrics in the right direction.
7. Track key tasks and follow up with team to ensure timely closure

Mandatory Skills:

1. Drive successful program execution from initiation to closure.
2. Excellent stakeholder management, client/business partner engagement, and relationship management skills
3. Experience managing complex project portfolios and coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Experience preparing leadership dashboards, program reviews, and executive status reports.
6. Proficiency in google sheet/microsoft excel and google slides/microsoft powerpoint
