Jr. Production Engineer

Job Title: Jr. Production Engineer

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

• Prepare and maintain daily production reports in ERP and Google Sheets.

• Update production data and track inventory using ERP software.

• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Planning departments.

• Monitor raw material consumption and reduce process waste.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.

• Train and guide machine operators on production processes and work instructions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

• 1-5 years of experience in vacuum thermoforming, plastic packaging, or a related manufacturing industry.

• Basic understanding of vacuum thermoforming processes and production planning.

• Experience working with ERP software.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry, formulas, filters, and reporting.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in shifts if required.
