Jr Planning Engineer - Metro/ Railway

Experience Required: 1+ years
Location: Thane
Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent); Master s or PMP/OPM qualification is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Develop work-breakdown structures (WBS) and integrate engineering, procurement, and construction milestones
• Monitor daily progress, compare actual vs. planned tasks, identify critical path slippages and suggest corrective actions
• Support delay analysis and EOT (extension of time) evaluation in coordination with contract and planning managers
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for stakeholders and participate in weekly coordination meetings
• Assist in resource allocation-track personnel, equipment, and construction materials usage.
• Contribute to risk identification, mitigation planning, change-control process and lessons-learned documentation
