• Track and analyze online reviews and feedback.
• Respond to customer reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve online ratings and reviews.
• Support the creation of content that enhances the company's online presence.
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand their online reputation strategies.
• Collaborate with the internal team to create and implement ORM campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on ORM activities and present findings to the management team.

• Proficient in articulate English with exceptional speaking and presentation skills.
• Well-versed in contemporary strategies and techniques for effectively managing online reputation.
