Jr Motion Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, branding, social media, product showcases, podcasts, and internal communications.
• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Design thumbnails, brochures, banners, presentations, and other marketing assets.
• Support UI/UX initiatives by creating wireframes, mockups, and interface designs in Figma.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content, and Development teams to create engaging visual content.
• Ensure all creative assets comply with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, graphic design, AI-powered creative tools, UI/UX, and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, layout, and responsive UI design.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos is preferred.
• Basic understanding of branding and visual identity for B2B and technology companies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with developer handoff workflows is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving, adaptability, and time management skills.

Requirements

• 0 3 years of experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or UI/UX Design (internship and freelance experience will be considered).
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Video Editing as the primary skill, along with Graphic Design and UI/UX projects.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for professional video editing, sequencing, audio editing, and color correction.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and kinetic typography.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for branding assets, illustrations, brochures, presentations, banners, and marketing creatives.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing, retouching, photo manipulation, and creative compositions.
• Experience using Canva to create quick-turnaround marketing creatives and templates.
• Basic knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, and design collaboration.
• Knowledge of Adobe Audition or similar audio editing software is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe XD is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Claude is preferred.
