About this role
Lead Generation
* Research and identify potential customers from industries such as:
* Data Centres
* Telecom
* UPS & Power Backup
* Solar & Renewable Energy
* Electric Vehicle Companies & Battery Companies
* Infrastructure & Construction
* Export Market Distributors and Importers
* Build and maintain lead databases using LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other Ai based sources.
* Collect and verify contact details of decision-makers.
Customer Outreach:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
* Introduce the company's products and services.
* Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
* Follow up with prospects through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
Meeting Coordination
* Schedule meetings between prospective customers and the sales/business development team.
* Maintain a calendar of appointments and follow-ups.
* Send meeting confirmations and reminders.
CRM & Reporting
* Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
* Prepare weekly reports on:
* Leads generated
* Calls made
* Meetings scheduled
* Follow-up activities
Must Have Skills:
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Confidence in speaking with customers over phone.
* Good internet research skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office + Outlook and Google Sheets.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Using Ai Websites like ChatGPT, Appollo.io, Claude, Perplexity etc.
* Should be able to manage social media posts and social media pages independently
