We are looking for a proactive Junior Recruiter to support hiring for Hidoc and Infedis Diagnostic.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 50-60 recruitment calls daily
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates and interviewers
• Close assigned positions within timelines
• Prepare and send Offer Letters (OLs) after approval
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker daily

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate; HR qualification preferred
• 02 years of recruitment experience; freshers with strong communication may apply
• Excellent communication and calling skills
• Comfortable with high-volume daily calling
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Target-oriented and able to work independently from home

Primary KPI: Calls, interviews scheduled, positions closed, OLs issued, and successful joinings.
