• Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Recruit top talent and conduct smooth onboarding.
• HR Operations: Manage attendance, assist in payroll, maintain HRIS, and ensure policy compliance.
• Employee Relations: Address HR queries and support a positive work environment.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and uphold confidentiality.
• Training & Development: Assist in coordinating training sessions.
• Event Coordination: Help organize engagement activities and events.
• General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
