• Recruitment - 80%: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Recruitment - 80%: Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Recruitment - 80%: Coordinate assessments, interviews, and feedback with hiring managers.
• Recruitment - 80%: Maintain and regularly update the candidate tracker and recruitment pipeline.
• Recruitment - 80%: Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Recruitment - 80%: Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining coordination.
• Recruitment - 80%: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• HR Operations - 20%: Support day-to-day HR activities including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
• HR Operations - 20%: Assist with maintaining and updating employee databases and HR trackers.
• HR Operations - 20%: Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
• HR Operations - 20%: Coordinate with employees and internal teams for routine HR requirements.

• 6 months+ experience in recruitment/HR.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple openings and coordinating with candidates.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Google Sheets, Excel, and HR tools is preferred.
• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
