Who You Are

• Have 6 months or more of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
• Strong interest in recruitment and people management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling multiple openings and coordinating with candidates
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Google Sheets/Excel, and HR tools is preferred
• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Good with AI and handling documents

What Youll Do

• Recruitment 80% Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate closure
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, and feedback with hiring managers
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate tracker and recruitment pipeline
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining coordination
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• HR Operations 20% Support day-to-day HR activities including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records
• Assist with maintaining and updating employee databases and HR trackers
• Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for routine HR requirements

What We're Looking For

• 6 months+ experience in recruitment/HR
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Willingness to learn and grow across different areas of HR
