Jr. HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Human Resources, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR documentation.
• Address basic employee queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Support other day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
