About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Firmware Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of embedded systems, firmware development, and microcontroller programming. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain firmware for embedded systems and microcontroller-based products.
• Write efficient, reliable, and optimized code in C/C++.
• Debug and troubleshoot firmware, hardware interfaces, and system-level issues.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and testing teams to ensure product quality.
• Participate in firmware design reviews and code reviews.
• Support validation, integration, and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and development records.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in firmware or embedded systems development.
• Strong knowledge of Embedded C/C++ programming.
• Understanding of microcontrollers, peripherals, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers.
• Familiarity with RTOS concepts is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in embedded systems or firmware development.
• Exposure to ARM-based microcontrollers and embedded Linux.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
