Junior Factory Manager Objective
To support and oversee day-to-day factory administration activities, employee discipline, statutory compliance, facility management, security, transport, housekeeping, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities HR Employee Administration
- Monitor employee attendance, shift deployment, and manpower availability.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company rules, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and separation activities.
- Support grievance handling and employee welfare initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
Factory Administration
- Supervise housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and other administrative services.
- Monitor factory infrastructure and coordinate maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization and upkeep of company assets and facilities.
- Monitor vehicle movement and maintain related records.
- Ensure visitor management and gate control procedures are followed.
Compliance Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and factory regulations.
- Coordinate with departments during audits and inspections.
- Maintain administrative registers, records, and reports.
- Monitor contractor and vendor compliance within factory premises.
Coordination Operations
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, QA, and other departments for smooth factory operations.
- Monitor shift supervision arrangements and report operational concerns to management.
- Assist in implementation of SOPs, policies, and process improvements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Safety Security
- Promote safety awareness and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
- Report security breaches, accidents, incidents, and violations to management.
- Coordinate emergency response activities whenever required.
