Responsibilities:

• Handle logistics and vehicle coordination for material dispatches.
• Maintain purchase and dispatch documents.
• Follow up with vendors for dispatch status and required documents.
• Update purchase, dispatch, and delivery trackers.
• Coordinate with Stores, QC, Finance, and Projects for smooth material movement.
• Support Mr. Vinod in factory indents, purchase follow-ups, and documentation.
• Prepare daily status updates and reports.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Purchase HOD.
