Jr. Executive- Sales & Marketing - International

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to international markets.
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics, industries, and key decision-makers.
• Create and manage outreach campaigns via email, social media, and other digital platforms to attract leads.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to capture and nurture leads, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging marketing materials for lead generation campaigns.
• Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff process.
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on international market trends and competitor activities to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and industry influencers to expand lead generation opportunities.
• Optimize campaigns and marketing strategies to increase conversion rates and ROI.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within an international or B2B marketing context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with international prospects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
