Role Summary:
Responsible for processing and managing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for global projects. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in GRN operations while working closely with procurement, finance, and project management teams.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in processing material and service GRNs in SAP S/4HANA for global projects
- Apply the 3-way matching principle in GRN processing
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contract terms during GRN processing
- Coordinate with procurement teams and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Verify goods and services received against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Serve as the point of contact for GRN-related queries from regional and global teams
- Ensure all GRN transactions comply with organizational policies, audit standards, and global regulations
- Meet expected productivity on a daily basis
- Maintain current, accurately categorized, and accessible documentation
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Basic understanding of accounting, procurement, and finance principles
- Willingness to learn SAP, P2P process, and financial systems
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven, and multinational environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in GRN processing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Background in using SAP
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
