About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for a Jr. Executive - Air Freight Operations & Commercials to support day-to-day air freight operations, shipment coordination, documentation, and commercial activities. The candidate will coordinate with customers, airlines, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer coordination for air freight import/export shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, airlines, agents, transporters, and internal teams.
- Provide timely updates on bookings, flight schedules, shipment status, delays, and delivery.
- Follow up for shipment documents, approvals, and pending requirements.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain shipment trackers, MIS, and documentation including MAWB/HAWB.
- Support quotations, rate requests, billing, and commercial coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and air freight procedures.
Candidate Profile
-
- Graduate with 1-3 years experience in Air Freight / Freight Forwarding.
- Good understanding of air freight operations and documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
