What we are looking for
- Shift planning as per PPC in terms of Man, Machine to achieve daily deliverables
- Execute the action plan decided to achieve the Operation objective parameters for the department.
- Identifying the area for improvement in terms of cycle time, analyzing data and making action plan (Long Term Short Term)for the same execution of action.
- Drive the Set up reduction program.
- Adhere to established process standards and the control plan.
- Daily OEE Monitoring and action plan to improve the same.
- Ontime Declaration Of finished Parts In ERP and Anlysis in Inventory
- Lead the project coming from E Matrix and Devlop the Team
- Ensure the changeovers are done on time
- Working towards process standardization and stabilization to achieve consistent results in the internal rejection.
