What we are looking for
- Teach basic shop floor rules and discipline to operators and deploy the same.
- Plan manpower to achieve the plan given by PPC
- Conduct shift start meeting.
- Respond to andon escalation , try n resolve the issue and escalate vertically if issue is out of control.
- Ensure all visual instructions are displayed on the workstations like SOS /Appearance/OPL etc.
- Follow IATF and ISO procedures in day to day working.(Handling of NC product, CAPA, Andon escalation etc.)
- Follow emergency actions in case of accident.
- Verify production report and production board every hour for correctness and timely updation.
- Execute the activities from the AM master plan and awareness of the team on AM activities
- Ensure timely changeovers and adhere to the changeover time.
- Adhere to established process standards.
- Ontime Declearation Of finished Parts In ERP
- Lead Quality circles.
