Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records of electronic components, raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure material availability for production schedules.
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of electronic components.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Maintain ESD-safe storage conditions for sensitive electronic components.
- Issue materials to production as per production plans and BOM requirements.
- Track material consumption and return of excess materials.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and procurement teams for material requirements.
