What youll do
- Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical
- Experience required: 3-5 Years
- Basic process of Knowledge of moulding machine
- Sound knowledge of Auxillary equipments like Dehumidifier, MTC,Material conveying system,Robot.Should be skilled in reading of electrical Circuits hydraulic circuits.
- Basic knoweldge of coating machine,Sound knowledge in reading the electrical pneumatic circuits.sound knowledge of vacuum technology.
- System knowledge TS 16949 other Customer specific
- Knowledge of HT Single line diagram.

What we are looking for
- Daily Check sheet.( Charge Handover)
- Log Book reading.
- Executing of PM as per the plan recording the data in the check sheets.
- Handing over the machine to the production with signature, acceptance recording the actual PM duration.
- Recording of the PM in system on daily basis
- Updation of the PM history in the history card / file.
- Attend Moulding machine, Assembly machine Coating machine breakdown
- After correction handing over the machine to the production with signature, acceptance recording.
- Do Root cause analysis of Break down (EWO).
- Rectify abnormalities raised by AM.
- Do the Power change over whenever necessary.
- Carry out the activities defined in PM activity plan
- Carry out the thermal imaging
