Jr. Engineer

What you'll do

• Execute coating production activities as per daily production plan.
• Monitor production output and ensure achievement of shift targets.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Assist in machine setup and process changeovers.
• Monitor coating process parameters and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support operation of Vacuum Metallization, PVD Coating, UV Hard Coating, Lacquering, and related coating processes.
• Identify process deviations and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Conduct routine quality checks of coated parts.
• Monitor coating thickness, adhesion, appearance, gloss, reflectivity, and other customer requirements.
• Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for quality issues. Ensure adherence to quality standards and work instructions.
• Participate in Kaizen and process improvement initiatives.
• Suggest improvements for productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing practices.
