Responsibilities - Plan and execute daily production as per schedule.
- Monitor blow moulding machines and process parameters.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and productivity.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams.
- Reduce rejection, material wastage, and downtime.
- Maintain production reports, shift logs, and OEE data.
- Ensure adherence to safety and 5S practices.
- Strong knowledge of HDPE materials and mould setting.
- Experience handling high-speed production lines.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B. Tech - Mechanical
