• Operate Lamination Machine efficiently daily.
• Manufacture 100% quality while ensuring limited down time of lines, meet 100% efficiency goals and waste goals.
• Wastage Target within the prescribed limit including trim.
• Maintaining the machines and Systems at a regular interval as per norms.
• 100% plant and company safety compliance to be followed.
• Always partner with seniors before making any adjustment outside specification on lines.
• Improvement Suggestion.
• Find Out Near Miss and develop safety culture.

• Diploma/ Graduate with 2 - 5 years of experience.
