Role Overview
This position is responsible for all Assembly stations tester machine maintenance activity. This includes, attending breakdown, equipment troubleshooting, anew machine installation, panel wiring, maintaining calibration of devices, Documentation activity, poke yoke, MTTR, FTT etc.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting debugging of Assembly station during breakdown is the prior goal
- Adherence to Assembly station Test machines, preventive maintenance according to PM schedule and PM procedure.
- Maintain the MTTR, OEM, FTT Spare list etc according to Industry standard
- Verifying Validation of Poke yoke systems line improvements.
- Basic knowledge in infotainment handling equipment s
- Maintain all document check list like Preventive, Predictive, Contingency plan, Critical equipment list, ESD check list etc
- All running machine need to understand debug
- In house development of fixture, jigs, control panel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Basic Electronics, Panel Wiring Schematics, Pneumatics, and Equipment troubleshooting, new equipment installation, Document activity, having exposure in C coding, basic HW design Mechanical design is added advantage.
- Education: Diploma in EEE or ECE
- Experience: 2-5 Years in Automotive industry
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
- This position requires the use of a HARMAN or customer-owned vehicle. As such, any offer of employment will be contingent upon having a clean driving record, which will be evaluated and determined in HARMAN s sole discretion
