Role Description The Jr. E-commerce Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The person in this position will assist in managing online listings, updating product information, and maintaining accurate content across e-commerce platforms. Daily tasks include monitoring website performance, coordinating with internal teams for promotions and campaigns, and supporting online customer queries or order-related issues. The Jr. E-commerce Executive will also help track sales data, prepare basic reports, and ensure that online operations align with marketing and branding guidelines. This role involves learning and applying best practices in e-commerce to support the growth of the company's online presence.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations, with the ability to manage product listings and updates.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including online promotions, SEO fundamentals, and social media coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate data and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for handling spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and customer support.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate in a team environment, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field preferred; prior internship or experience in e-commerce or digital operations is an advantage.
• Interest in the immigration and consulting industry and willingness to learn company processes and services.
