Jr DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and proactively resolve issues.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability.
• Configure and maintain Linux servers, web servers, load balancers, and networking components.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Ensure infrastructure security by following best practices for access management, patching, and compliance.
• Participate in troubleshooting production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

• 2-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (AWS preferred).
• Strong understanding of Linux system administration.
• Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Load Balancers, SSL, and Firewalls.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps principles.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Exposure to Kafka, Redis, or RabbitMQ is an added advantage.
• AWS, Azure, certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
