Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Data Entry Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with 0-1 year of experience who are organized, accurate, and comfortable working with data, documents, and digital tools.

You will support data entry, record management, documentation, and basic reporting activities while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

What You'll Do

• Enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and tools
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Organize records, documents, and spreadsheets in a structured manner
• Support basic reporting and documentation requirements
• Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinate with internal teams for data-related updates
• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 0-1 year of experience in data entry, documentation, operations, or a related role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office tools
• Strong typing speed with high accuracy
• Ability to organize, validate, and maintain data properly
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of data formatting, sorting, and validation
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Good to Have

• Exposure to CRM, ATS, HRMS, or data management tools
• Basic understanding of reporting and spreadsheet formulas
• Interest in operations, documentation, and process management
