About the Role We are looking for a Jr. Data Analyst - Data Visualization to join our growing Data & AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help business stakeholders make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with business teams, data engineers, and analytics professionals to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about Business Intelligence (BI), Data Visualization, Reporting, and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into impactful visualizations and KPI-driven reports.
- Extract, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and application teams to resolve reporting and data issues.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
- Create and maintain reporting documentation, business logic, and dashboard specifications.
- Support BI governance, visualization standards, and best practices.
- Deliver actionable insights that drive business decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
- Strong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL/MySQL)
- Experience in Data Visualization, Dashboard Development, and Reporting
- Understanding of Data Analysis and KPI Reporting
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into dashboards and reports.
