    Key responsibilities
  1. Candidate with 0-1 years of experience in Telecom/ISP domain
  2. Basic understanding of telecom standards & protocols
  3. Knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
  4. Coordination skills and taking the right approach logically
  5. Responsible for Delivery of services for international customers
  6. OLO - Delivery Management
  7. Ensures that all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet agreed SLAs
  8. Customer communications and KCIs (Keep Customer Informed)
  9. Ensure customer-end service readiness
  10. End to end order management for smooth delivery
  11. Co-ordinating with suppliers and securing field resources for priority orders and follow escalation matrix
  12. Strong Verbal and written communications skills
