JR. Business Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Junior Business Analyst in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This is a full-time, on-site position with an expectation to join within 30 days.
You will support HRMS implementation projects for power sector clients by managing requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination with client, vendor, and internal teams. Working under the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and tracking project documentation, managing change requests, supporting data validation, and facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the preparation and documentation of BRD, FRD/FRS, and SRS.
2. Assist in performing gap analysis between business requirements and delivered system capabilities.
3. Coordinate with client stakeholders and vendors to gather and validate requirements.
4. Track change requests and open items through to closure.
5. Support data reconciliation and validation across systems and spreadsheets.
6. Prepare client communications, Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and status reports.
7. Support coordination on integration, access, and infrastructure-related matters.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar documentation or requirements gathering role.
2. Power sector experience is strongly preferred.
3. Electrical Engineering degree is highly preferred. Other engineering backgrounds will be considered.
4. Working knowledge of BRD, FRD/FRS, SRS, and change request documentation.
5. Basic understanding of IT systems and networks including servers, VPNs, and databases is an advantage.
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage ambiguous and multi-stakeholder situations effectively.
7. Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
