Jr. Associate - L&D Trainer, B.Tech Fresher

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled LiDAR Trainer to deliver high-quality training in 2D/3D annotations, LiDAR data labeling, and AV systems. This role involves teaching annotation techniques, simulation tools, and scenario-based testing with a focus on real-world readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train teams on 2D/3D simulation tools and LiDAR annotation workflows
• Conduct hands-on sessions using AV tools and YAML scripting
• Design and deliver simulation scenarios and synthetic data training
• Teach AV modules: perception, planning, prediction, and control
• Leverage GenAI tools for training automation and data analysis
• Adapt training to various skill levels and client needs

Required Skills:
• Strong English, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience in training or instructional design
• Comfortable with simulation platforms and tech tools
• Knowledge of labelling dense 3D point clouds and images
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
• Prior simulation or 3D annotation training experience
• Exposure to AV systems, road rules, and global teams
• Experience with GenAI tools, ROS, or AV simulation environments
