About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Visit apartments and residential societies for on-ground reporting.
- Identify and cover local news, resident issues and important community developments.
- Interview residents, RWAs/AOAs, society representatives and local stakeholders.
- Cover society events, civic issues, infrastructure, security, maintenance and community initiatives.
- Build a strong network of resident sources and society representatives.
- Verify information and collect relevant facts, photographs and videos.
- Write short news stories, articles, captions and updates for print, website and social media.
- Create video reports/reels and conduct short on-camera interviews.
- Follow up on important society issues and developing stories.
- Coordinate with the editorial and social media team for timely publication.
