Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Banca Channel sales performance, including number of active agents, premium targets, and persistency goals.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives through effective relationship management with key stakeholders.
  
• Identify opportunities for growth within the existing agent network and drive new business development.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
