• Role: Process Associate / Tax Analyst.
• Location: Dilsukhnagar, HYEDERABAD.
• Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire.
• Shift Timings: Night Shifts.
• Qualification: Any Graduate with Good Communications skills (verbal + written)
• Graduation is must (Any Graduation is fine).

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
• Must have the knowledge in MS Office.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
